Tower Facility Management, LLC was founded in 2009. Originally an Operating Division of Chesapeake Tower Systems, Inc. (established 1994), formed to focus on Mechanical / Electrical Facility Management services, Tower expanded quickly and split from our parent company. Tower continues to grow as a full-service facilities management firm. Our past experience and continued involvement in the facility design and construction industry greatly enhances our facility management services by providing our facilities’ clients with valuable expertise to address all forms of systems design, installation, and service challenges. Our “full spectrum” expertise also allows us to protect and guard our clients against unrealistic or inaccurate construction/renovation estimates.
